“Narendra Modi is known for rising from humble beginnings and becoming the Prime Minister of India”.

Background

Modi has an early gift for rhetoric in debates, noted by his teachers and students. He was preferred playing larger than life characters in theatrical productions, which has influenced his political image. At 8, he discovered Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), began attending his local training sessions. He left home because of family tensions and spent two years in Northern and north-eastern India.
In his interviews, he described visiting Swami Vivekananda Ashrams during those times. Also, he rejected a proposal of Jashodaben, a girl from a family who lived close by his house. He remained only a short time at the places since he lacked requirement of a college education. Vivekananda has been described has a large influence in Modi’s life.

Life Dedicated to Politics

First of all, Modi was appointed as general secretary of RSS in 1975 when Indira Gandhi declared State of Emergency in India until 1977. Shortly afterwards, RSS was banned. He was forced to go underground in Gujarat. He was assigned to BJP in 1985. In 1987, Modi Helped organise BJP’S campaign in Ahmedabad municipal election, which BJP won comfortably. After L.K. Advani became president of the BJP in 1986, RSS decided to place its members in important positions within the BJP’S, Modi’s work in this election led to his selection for the role, and he was selected as organising secretary of BJP’s Gujarat until later in 1987.

Gulbarg Massacre and Alleged Complicity

In February 2002, while Modi served as Chief Minister of Gujarat, a commuter Train was attacked, allegedly by Muslims. In retaliation, an attack was carried out on the Muslim neighbourhood of Gulbarg. Violence spread and Modi IMPOSED a curfew granting police shoot-to-kill orders. After peace was restored, Modi’s government was criticised for the harsh crackdown, and he was accused of killing 1,000 Muslims. After two investigations, Supreme Court concluded there was no evidence Modi was guilty.
Narendra Modi was Chief Minister of Gujarat in 2007 and 2012. Through those campaigns, Modi’s Hinduism softened and spoke more about economic growth, focusing on privatisation and encouraging policies to shape India as global Manufacturer. He is credited with bringing prosperity and development of Gujarat with the corrupt-free and efficient administration. However, some say that he has done little to eradicate poverty and improve living standards.

Elected Prime Minister

In June 2013, Modi was elected to head BJP’S 2014 election campaign to the Lok Sabha (Lower House of India’s Parliament); while a grass root campaign is already there to elect him as Prime Minister. He worked Hard and portrayed himself as a Leader in leading the state and be a pragmatic candidate capable of turning India’s economy.
In May 2014, He and his party were victorious, taking 282 out of 534 seats in Lok Sabha. The victory made a crushing defeat of Indian National Congress, which had controlled country politics for previous 60 years, and sent a message to India’s citizens to move ahead secularly with an economy which is leading in every sector with Hinduism at its core.
On May 26, 2014, Modi was sworn in as the 14th Prime Minister of Republic India and first to have been born after India got its Independence.

Policy
Since becoming Prime Minister, Modi encouraged foreign businesses to invest in India by “Make in India” campaign which encouraged entrepreneurs from abroad to invest and build companies in India. He has decreased spending on social welfare programs and has encouraged privatisation on health care, although he has increased and devised a policy on health care for every citizen of India. In 2014, he launched a “Clean India” campaign which focused on sanitation and construction of millions of toilets in rural areas. Many campaigns are made such as Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao (Save Girl Child- 22 Jan 2015) and much more to increase country’s economy and take it to newer heights. He has travelled to different countries and still travelling to increase India’s economy and building partnerships with different countries. Like recently he travelled to Israel, he was first ever Prime Minister who travelled to Israel since Independence. This gave both countries good friends, people who can believe in themselves both countries agreed to help each other to eradicate terrorism. Modi led all countries to move along with him especially The United States of America to remove and fully destroy terrorism from the roots.

"His environment policies also made endeavours and provided industrial growth to the country in this new era."

Virtues of God

House is built by hands but a home is built by heart . Most of the people love their own houses only. In their houses, there are bedrooms, drawing room, dining room, kitchen and so on but It is not necessary that there is God room in it. Whatever we see all around we think only about it. So, it is good to have God room so that we can think about it and sit there to meditate. It leads us to become a Good "HUMAN BEING". Holy places also play an important role in shaping and nurturing our lives. Sometimes people say "GOD IS WITHIN US" so why we go to temples/churches? We generally go there for internal peace and to purify our thoughts. (By Worshipping God, we can't get money, glory, name and fame, power and all. We only get it through "HARD WORK". If hard work is your Weapon, Success will be your Slave). Why we worship God? Worshipping means to clean and clear our mind from dirty thoughts and glorify us from within.  One day a Saint w...
