Face your obstacles in order to lead in your life

People on the path of serving the truth must firstly accept the following reality. People with hatred, envy and tolerance, because of their paranoid mood, will declare as enemies other circles of people who do not like them. They will continually attack here and there and reveal their malice in various forms for the sake of protecting their illegitimate gains. However, devoted souls must constantly seek refuge in God. Despite obstacles, they should keep walking on the righteous path with a noble conscience to embrace all of humanity.

Facing obstacles means facing reality, running away from obstacles is running away from yourself. Face obstacles now in order to be ahead in life in future. DON'T BE AFRAID OF FACING CHALLENGES AND OBSTACLES, OBSTACLES CHOOSE YOU AND MAKE YOU STRONGER IN ORDER TO FACE THEM, RATHER YOU DON'T CHOOSE OBSTACLES.

 Be ahead in life while facing challenges now, be inspired by others and inspire others who are not inspired in life. Facing obstacles doesn't mean you are making yourself down but it's to make you strong enough to face new challenges in future.

Obstacles are just opportunities which no one sees but only that person can see it who wants to go to the right path.

Sleep

Sleep involves rest of two things. Body (10%) and Brain (90%). The body is least involved in rest. The quality of sleep is very important than Quantity of sleep. (5 hrs is essential). We sleep in four cycles. Per cycle 100 minutes. Beta frequency is the first one which is also known as the Awakening cycle which is from 13 to 30 Hz. Then comes Alpha frequency which is 8-12 Hz which is also known as the REM (Random Eye Movement). Then comes Theta frequency which is for 5-8 Hz. Lastly Delta frequency for 2-4 Hz. Only delta frequency gives brain full deep rest. Angryness increases the frequency of a person. So, to calm that body takes time that's why we sleep late. So, a person should not fight or be angry before sleeping to get a good quality sleep. ECG ( electrocardiogram) measures heart frequency. EOG (Electrooculogram) measures eye frequency. EMG (Electromyogram) measure muscles frequency. EEG ( electroencephalogram) measures brain frequency.
